Trigger Point Injections (TPIs) are a fast and effective treatment for relieving tight muscles that cause pain and restrict mobility. These injections target small, sensitive areas of muscle that can radiate pain throughout the body — often called “knots” or trigger points.
Using a small amount of lidocaine (when appropriate), our team can quickly calm inflammation, relieve tension, and help restore function to the affected area. The procedure is quick, well-tolerated, and requires no downtime.
At Titan T-Center, our experienced providers will identify the source of your pain, administer the injection, and help you get back to moving comfortably. Laboratory testing is typically not required; however an appropriate clinical evaluation is required before treatment.
