Titan T Center (“Titan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Website Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through titantcenter.net and related online services, how we use and disclose it, and the choices available to you.

This policy applies to information collected through our public website, online forms, appointment tools, email and text communications, online purchases, and related digital services. It does not replace our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Health information that Titan creates or receives as a HIPAA-covered health care provider may be protected health information, or PHI. Our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices explains how we use and disclose PHI and how you may exercise your HIPAA rights. If this policy conflicts with the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices regarding PHI, the HIPAA notice controls.

  • Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address.
  • Appointment and account information, such as requested service, preferred appointment time, portal credentials, and communications with our staff.
  • Transaction information, such as the services, products, packages, memberships, subscriptions, or gift cards you purchase. Payment card details are generally processed by our payment providers rather than stored directly by Titan.
  • Health and treatment information that you provide through OptiMantra, during scheduling, or as part of your care.
  • Communications and preferences, including questions, feedback, marketing choices, email subscriptions, and text-message preferences.
  • Any other information you choose to provide to us.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the website, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location, date and time of access, and interactions with website features. We may collect this information through cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, log files, and similar technologies.

Information From Other Sources

We may receive information from scheduling and patient portal providers, payment processors, financing providers, pharmacies, laboratories, product and fulfillment partners, analytics and advertising providers, review platforms, and other parties involved in providing or supporting our services.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, schedule, coordinate, and support services and treatment.
  • Process purchases, payments, HSA or FSA transactions, financing requests, memberships, subscriptions, packages, and gift cards.

  • Send appointment reminders, service notices, treatment follow-ups, administrative messages, and other communications related to your relationship with Titan.
  • Send newsletters or promotional communications when permitted by law and consistent with your choices.

  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity.

Titan does not authorize analytics or advertising providers to receive PHI unless the disclosure is permitted by HIPAA and all required safeguards and agreements are in place. A cookie preference or consent banner is not a HIPAA authorization.

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

  • To health care professionals, pharmacies, laboratories, and other parties involved in treatment, payment, or health care operations, as permitted by law.
  • To vendors that support our operations, including website hosting, information technology, patient portal and scheduling, payments, communications, analytics, advertising, security, records storage, customer support, and professional services.
  • To financing or payment providers when you request a transaction or financing service.
  • To government agencies, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when required or permitted by law.
  • To protect the rights, safety, property, and security of Titan, our patients, website visitors, or others.
  • In connection with a merger, sale, financing, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to applicable privacy and health information laws.
  • At your direction, with your consent, or as otherwise described when information is collected.

We do not sell PHI. We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising activity may be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws. Where applicable, we will provide required choices.

6. Email and Text Communications

Email and ordinary text messages may not be fully secure. By asking us to communicate through these methods, you acknowledge this risk. Do not use email, text, or a general website form for an emergency. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. You may opt out of promotional texts by replying STOP when that option is provided. Opting out of promotional messages will not stop necessary administrative or care-related communications, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.

7. Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to provide care and services, to meet legal and professional recordkeeping duties, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of information and applicable law.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No website, email, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your portal credentials confidential and for notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

8. Your Choices and Requests

Depending on the information involved and the law that applies, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete certain personal information, or to change certain communication preferences. HIPAA rights relating to PHI are described in our Notice of Privacy Practices. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information may be retained when required by law.

The website may link to or integrate services operated by third parties. Titan does not control the privacy, security, availability, or content of independent third-party services. Review the terms and privacy policies provided by those parties before giving them information.

10. Adults Only

Titan provides services only to adults age 18 and older. The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us so we can review the matter.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date. Material changes will apply as permitted by law.
