4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Our website may use essential, preference, analytics, and advertising technologies. These technologies may remember settings, measure traffic, help us understand how visitors use the site, and measure or deliver advertising.
Our website may use services from Google, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, embedded maps, and reCAPTCHA. These services may collect device, browser, usage, and interaction data under their own privacy terms. The site may also display reviews through Trustindex and link to or use third-party services such as OptiMantra, Cherry, Fullscript, and Redding Payment Pros.
You may control many cookies through your browser settings and any cookie controls made available on the website. Blocking cookies may affect website features. Privacy settings and opt-outs offered by third parties may also be available through those parties.

We do not sell PHI. We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising activity may be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws. Where applicable, we will provide required choices.
6. Email and Text Communications
Email and ordinary text messages may not be fully secure. By asking us to communicate through these methods, you acknowledge this risk. Do not use email, text, or a general website form for an emergency. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. You may opt out of promotional texts by replying STOP when that option is provided. Opting out of promotional messages will not stop necessary administrative or care-related communications, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.
7. Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to provide care and services, to meet legal and professional recordkeeping duties, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of information and applicable law.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No website, email, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your portal credentials confidential and for notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
8. Your Choices and Requests
Depending on the information involved and the law that applies, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete certain personal information, or to change certain communication preferences. HIPAA rights relating to PHI are described in our Notice of Privacy Practices. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information may be retained when required by law.

The website may link to or integrate services operated by third parties. Titan does not control the privacy, security, availability, or content of independent third-party services. Review the terms and privacy policies provided by those parties before giving them information.
