These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of titantcenter.net and related online features provided by Titan T Center (“Titan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Medical Emergency Warning

The website, email, text messaging, online forms, and patient portal are not emergency services. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not delay emergency care because of information on this website or because you are waiting for a response from Titan.

2. Informational Use Only

Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not a diagnosis, medical advice, a treatment plan, or a substitute for an in-person or otherwise appropriate evaluation by a qualified health care professional.

Using the public website, sending a message, completing a general inquiry form, or requesting an appointment does not by itself create a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship begins only after Titan accepts you as a patient and completes the steps required for care.

3. Eligibility and Clinical Decisions

Titan provides services only to adults age 18 and older. Services may include IV hydration, oxygen bar and aromatherapy services, vitamin injections, trigger point injections, testosterone therapy, women’s bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, weight-loss services, sexual-health services, and peptide therapy.

All services, prescriptions, medications, laboratory orders, and treatment plans depend on clinical evaluation, medical history, examination, testing, informed consent, professional judgment, and applicable law. Website descriptions do not guarantee that you qualify for a service or prescription, including a controlled substance. Titan may decline, modify, postpone, or discontinue care when clinically appropriate or legally required.

4. Results and Testimonials

Individual results may vary. Testimonials, reviews, before-and-after images, examples, and descriptions of possible benefits reflect individual experiences or general information. They do not promise or guarantee that you will obtain the same result. Risks, side effects, recovery, response, and treatment duration vary by person and service.

5. Appointments

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by contacting Titan T Center at (931) 266-4027. Any cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, deposit, or appointment-specific terms disclosed during booking or in a separate patient agreement also apply. If separate terms conflict with these Website Terms, the terms specifically provided for the appointment or service control.

6. Payments, Refunds, Memberships, and Transfers

Titan is a self-pay practice and does not accept insurance. Titan accepts eligible HSA and FSA payments, but you are responsible for confirming eligibility with your plan administrator. Acceptance of a payment method does not guarantee reimbursement or tax eligibility.

Payments are nonrefundable, except when a refund is required by law or Titan agrees otherwise in writing. This no-refund policy applies to appointments, services, products, deposits, memberships, subscriptions, packages, and gift cards, subject to any written terms provided at the time of purchase and applicable law.

Memberships and subscriptions require at least 30 days’ notice to cancel. Cancellation does not create a right to a refund or prorated credit for amounts already paid. Services, appointments, memberships, subscriptions, packages, credits, and other purchase benefits are not transferable unless Titan agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

Prices, offers, financing availability, and service descriptions may change. The price and terms confirmed at booking or purchase control that transaction. You authorize Titan and its payment providers, including Redding Payment Pros, to process charges you approve.

7. Online Scheduling, Portal, and Third-Party Services

The website may connect you to third-party services, including OptiMantra for scheduling and patient portal functions, Cherry for financing, Fullscript for products or recommendations, Redding Payment Pros for payment processing, Trustindex for review displays, and Google services for maps, analytics, advertising, or security. Third parties may apply their own terms and privacy policies.

Titan does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or acts. Your clinical information held by Titan remains subject to applicable health privacy laws and our Notice of Privacy Practices.

8. Your Account and Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify Titan promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not use another person’s account or submit information for another person unless you have legal authority to act for that person.

9. Acceptable Use

You may use the website only for lawful personal purposes. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, portal, accounts, systems, or data.
  • Introduce malware, harmful code, automated scraping tools, or excessive requests that interfere with the website.
  • Misrepresent your identity, authority, health information, payment information, or eligibility.
  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit website content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
  • Use the website to harass, threaten, defraud, infringe rights, or violate any law.

10. Intellectual Property

The website and its text, graphics, logos, images, videos, design, and other content are owned by Titan or used with permission and are protected by intellectual property laws. Titan grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to access the website for lawful personal use. No other rights are granted.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. A link does not mean that Titan endorses or controls the third party. You use third-party websites and services at your own risk and subject to their terms.

12. Website Availability and Accuracy

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any website feature or content at any time. We try to keep information accurate, but errors, omissions, delays, and outdated information may occur. Contact Titan directly to confirm current services, prices, scheduling, risks, and requirements.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TITAN DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT LIMIT DUTIES THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING PROFESSIONAL DUTIES OWED TO AN ESTABLISHED PATIENT.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TITAN AND ITS OWNERS, CLINICIANS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW OR RIGHTS ARISING FROM HEALTH CARE SERVICES UNDER A SEPARATE PATIENT AGREEMENT.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Titan for reasonable losses, liabilities, claims, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This section does not apply to claims arising solely from Titan’s professional health care services.

16. Governing Law and Venue

Tennessee law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any lawsuit relating to the website or these Terms must be brought in a state court located in Montgomery County, Tennessee, or in the federal court with jurisdiction over Montgomery County, Tennessee, unless applicable law requires another forum. These Terms do not alter any rights or procedures that apply under a separate patient agreement.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and changing the effective date. Your continued use of the website after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms. Changes to payment, membership, or clinical terms will apply as provided in the applicable agreement and law.

18. Severability and No Waiver

If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
